ASSOCIATION The
director has responsibility for
managing all administrative and
financial functions of the Association including property management,
accounting, budgeting & reporting, oversight of investments, payroll
&
employee benefits administration, membership processing, telecommunications,
information technology, printing, purchasing, mail distribution, meeting
planning & event coordination.
A BA in Accounting
or Finance is
required; CPA designation is highly
desirable. A minimum of five years
experience is required in property and financial management as well
as in the management of administrative
functions. A competitive salary and benefit package is offered.
