JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of
a Special Projects Coordinator is to assist both the call center and
sales department completing special project calls.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete
calls requested by both the sales department and call center.
• Complete redo calls that are missed and/or not completed correctly.
• Edit calls for quality and client satisfaction.
• Create CD’s for necessary client.
• Interact with various departments and internal clients.
ESSENTIAL
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong
knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient knowledge of computers, i.e. internet, Microsoft
Programs, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have good people skills.
• Any combination of education and/or experience which would
likely produce the necessary knowledge and abilities.
• Customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
