Job Description
Principal Responsibilities Overall
marketing function in the financial services business: Product Management,
Market Research, Impact Evaluation & Communication. Ujjivan has
a goal to service over 2,000,000 customers across India through 500
branches and with loan outstanding exceeding Rs.1000 Crores by 2012.
The Head of Marketing is member of the National Leadership Team.
Overseeing market research conducted internally & externally.
Overseeing the entire Product Management Process
All communications to customers, regulators, public at large.
Develop & implement an impact evaluation process.
Develop & Implement a service quality program.
Over see the public relations initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Orientation
Work in the social
sector.
Other Requirements
Strong Leadership, proactive, organizational & execution skills;
ability to manage teams remotely and excellent interpersonal &
communications skills.

English, Hindi
and either Kannada/Tamil

CTC negotiable
