PROWESS is looking for freshers with excellent communication skills
and entrepreneurial bend of mind to take up challenging assignment in
recruitment business. *
You would be required to establish contact with the list of prospects
given by the company.
* This call would be to introduce PROWESS and its services in the
field of HR consulting - permanent or contractual placements, recruitment
process outsourcing solutions , payroll process outsourcing solution
etc.
* Following this call you would be required to send introductory email
with specific reference to the telephonic interaction so as to qualify
the prospect.
* You would be required to follow-up and gain confidence of the client
to seek assignments and get formal agreement signed up with them.
* You would be guided at each and every step with written material,
emails, phone calls, chats and audio-visual presentations as required.
