We are currently
seeking highly motivated, energetic individuals to join our FNOL Claims
team in our Scranton, PA Office. We offer an attractive, modern work

salaries and a generous benefit package. FNOL Representatives answer
inbound calls from policyholders and claimants inputting all necessary
information into the FNOL application to complete a First Notice of
Loss Report.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS
- High School
diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 2 years Customer
Service or Call Center experience.
- Minimum 1 year personal auto experience preferred.
- Requires good verbal, written, organizational and data entry skills.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires
extensive use of keyboard involving repetitive motions with fingers,
sitting for prolonged periods of time, and extensive use of the telephone
and face-to-face communication that requires accurate perception of
speech as well as talking and hearing. The position frequently requires
the ability to visit employee workstations and other work areas. The
position requires close vision, distant vision, and the ability to
adjust focus. There is moderate noise in the work environment.
