ClickSpark is a performance
based e-commerce company involved in pay per click marketing, e-commerce
product development, continuity programs, telephone billing, lead generation
programs, and more. ClickSpark is launching a new office in the SOMA
district of San Francisco and is looking for a programmer/web developer
to: • Help
build internal company systems/tools (ie Reporting tools, customer
service interfaces, etc).
• Help launch and maintain our in-house websites.
• Manage and deploy API integrations with our partners.
• Implement Google analytics and execute multivariable testing
of landing pages/websites.
• Run regular database queries and maintenance.
• Perform other random web development tasks as the company
needs.
• Launch new internal systems based on specs provided from manager.
• Write API documents and other technical documents on internal
systems.
• Provide technical supports to clients of internal system or
other staff members using internal system.
The following
expertise is required:
• HTML/Javascript/CSS
• PHP
• XML
• Ajax
• mySQL
• Linux/Apache
The following
expertise is beneficial:
• Understanding of
the online marketing channels (paid search, display, email, affiliate)
• Prior website optimization experience using Google Analytics
• Basic Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver skills.
• Ability to take a graphic design and slice and code into html.
General
Requirements:
• Experience in similar
role and portfolio of projects worked on active on the web.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional
teams, develop relationships at all levels, and influence without
direct authority
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills -- must
be comfortable with a highly consultative, client-facing role
• Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing
priorities
• Good strategic and technical vision, with eagerness to get
hands-on to figure out how things work
• High attention to detail with focus on successful, quality
solutions
• Entrepreneurial drive to build a program that will have a
major impact on the company's bottom line; willingness to roll up
sleeves and do whatever it takes to help make client successful
• Bachelor's degree
• Fast learner - can quickly come up to speed with different
technologies and ideas as needed
