Individual will be responsible for IT portfolio analysis
and customer support services for a variety of Federal programs/projects.
Core duties will include scoring OMB Exhibit 300 business case; creating
OMB Exhibit 300 (cost-benefit analysis, risk mitigation strategies,
acquisition planning, cost schedule development, etc.); and developing
or contributing to CPIC policy or procedures development. Duties may
include program and project management, Capital Planning and Investment
Control, performance goals and measures, earned value management,
Federal budget process, financial analysis, market and feasibility
analysis, and concept development and implementation.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S.
security clearance. Additional responsibilities may include developing

CORE SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in the areas listed
above including performing cost benefit analyses, developing business
cases, and familiarity with the Federal budget process. Experience
with earned value management (EVM) desired. Must have great customer
relationship skills and excellent writing and verbal presentation
skills. Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
Must be a highly motivated problem solver that works well, both in
teams and independently. Supervisory or project management experience
desired.
