Job Description
Work from your home full time or part time as an independent,
contracted recruiter focusing exclusively in the financial services
industry. You can join our recruiting partner team for the most prestigious
recruiting firms in the financial services industry.
Compensation
You would not be an employee and therefore would not
be paid like an employee. You would own your own business and reap
the financial benefits of receiving flat fees for placements that
are made.
Good recruiters in this role can typically make from
$4500 to $8500 per month.
The ramp up time typically takes 3 to 4 months before
recruiters start getting checks.
No upfront cost to you
This is not a get rich scam where you fork out hundreds
or thousands of dollars on some pipedream that never comes true. There
is NO initial or ongoing financial investment required. Besides supporting
yourself for your first 3 months, the only ongoing costs will consist
of internet access, designated phone line with unlimited long distance
plan (many local phone companies provide unlimited long distance for
a reasonable flat rate) and basic office supplies.
Training
We provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing
support and guidance.
Things to consider
Owning your own work from home business takes a certain
mindset and self-discipline that not everyone has. All business is
conducted through the phone, on our database and by email. You would
not have face-to-face interaction with your prospects or candidates.
Although this is primarily a consultative role, basic phone sales
skills will substantially enhance your success potential.
Job Requirements
Currently the recruiting contractors we contract with
come from all kinds of different backgrounds, careers and regions
of the country. Not always, but typically speaking, the most successful
recruiting contractors we have fall in one of the 4 following categories:
Stay at home parents. Parents working from home during
the time that their children are in school. Many of these contractors
used to be in the rat race but took off to have a child or children
and want to have a high profile and high income potential career but
refuse to re-enter the corporate world.
