want to meet with you! Responsibilities
• Contact customers by phone to advise them
of their contractual responsibility.
• Persuade customers to bring their delinquent accounts current.
• Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with customers.
• Research and investigate high-risk accounts using skip-tracing
methods.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level
of integrity.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations.
• Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation
skills.
• Organizational and problem solving skills; telephone and computer
skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to pass our background check.
Work Schedule
• Standard work schedule includes some evening
and weekend hours.
• This position may require some paid over-time hours.
