Job Description
The Freelance Marketing Copywriter supports the Director Ad Sales
& Integrated Marketing and VP Creative Services as the lead copywriter
for Marketing. Responsible for writing copy for Ad Sales, Affiliate,
Integrated, and Consumer Marketing departments. Creates PowerPoint
presentations, program descriptions, integrated marketing packages,
monthly newsletters, email blasts, and direct mail copies. Will initiate
and be responsible for content of the internal Affiliate and Ad Sales
website.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
or Communications with at least two years experience in Marketing.
Will possess excellent writing skills with a high level of creativity
and a flair for the written word. Will be highly motivated and a self-starter
with the ability to communicate with all internal departments. Will
organize with keen attention to details, usability, and branding.
Must be computer proficient with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,
especially PowerPoint. Must have the ability to work effectively and
thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
