Description
Citadel’s Contact Center Senior Financial Service Representatives
are an essential component in the development of a personal banking
relationship with our customers through the inbound call center delivery
channel. Our representatives are expected to exceed our customers’
expectations by providing Citadel Class Service sm on each interaction,
delivering a positive banking experience.
The Contact Center Representative will use their knowledge of Citadel’s
products and services to identify and make recommendations that satisfy
customer needs. Citadel places a premium on providing a high level
of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound phone
inquiries while meeting established metrics and upholding our service
level agreement.
Possess a highly developed knowledge level of Citadel’s four
product lines in order to effectively respond to customer inquiries
and troubleshoot problems
Proactively recognize sales opportunities and position financial options
Accurately complete customer transactions while maintaining confidentiality
Utilize strong communication skills both orally and written while
diplomatically handling or resolving customer interactions
Comply with the Contact Center’s processes and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
High school diploma, or equivalency, and PC literacy required
Six months to two years of customer service experience required. Inbound
call center experience preferred. Excellent communication and problem
solving skills
