We are looking for an outside sales representative in the Western region who will be responsible for developing business within an assigned territory.

As a successful sales representative with AfterCollege, you must thrive at developing new accounts, growing existing accounts, creating and maintaining relationships, while providing the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales results by developing and maintaining high-level relationships with territory prospects as well as with advertising agency contacts
• Meet with qualified prospects and clients by phone and in person and develop leads into new accounts within the assigned territory
• Must attend key industry trade shows and travel as needed
• Solving problems at various levels utilizing leadership skills: Anticipating problems, addressing them and effectively resolving issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional team to ensure client objectives are met
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• Detail oriented, highly organized and possess the ability to handle high levels of multi-tasking
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Must have ability to develop, establish and maintain a sales territory
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within all areas including verbal and written
• Proficient using MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com contact management software is preferred
• Must be well organized and able to generate sales reports on a regular basis
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people, as well as work independently and collaboratively in a team-based work environment
• Flexibility and dependability
• Must be self motivated with an established work ethic
