Property Services of Atlanta was established in 1995. Our staff specializes in investment portfolios consisting of income properties in the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Job Description of Residential Property Manager:

Work closely with the property management company to make your portfolio shine!!! ,
Communicate well with owners, tenants and the management team
Work schedule is availability 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year

Responsibilities of Residential Property Manager :

* Must have current Georgia Real Estate License - Applicants will NOT be considered without current license
* You are responsible for keeping all properties in a good marketing condition (Curb appeal) .
* Work with the day to day operation of maintenance and communicate with vendors to ensure the quality of work completed.
* You will inspect all work that is performed by vendors and approve all invoices that are processed prior to payment.
* Help in the efforts of collections to the point of evictions .
* You will do property inspections with tenants when they move in and will inspect properties when the tenant moves out. All properties will be inspected on a yearly basis.
* Keep owners informed, educated and help guide them in maintaining a quality property.
* Communicate and demand needed funds from owners to maintain the property on a day to day operation.

Requirements
Residential Property Manager

Requirements for Residential Property Manager :

This position requires effective management of a portfolio of around 150 single family homes in one region of the Atlanta area. You will be the direct contact for the owner / investor and tenants of each home. The Property Manager is responsible for daily, weekly and month reports which are designed to help update the owner and management company.

The following additional skills are required:

* CURRENT GA REAL ESTATE LICENSE - Applicants will NOT be considered without.
* Excellent management and communication skills.
* Marketing skills / Closing skills .
* Strong time management skills.
* General knowledge of maintenance.
* Positive customer service .
* Good attitude.
* Ability to operate as a team player.
* Ability to lease properties and now how to close the deal .
* Work closely with current residents to maintain good retention .
* Strong Follow-up skills a must.
