POSITION
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales leader
to perform in the role of a Primary Care Sales Manager based in Los
Angeles, CA responsible for the West/South Bay Area in California.
This high profile position will be responsible for expanding a large
region by directing the business activities of 11 outside sales representatives,
cultivating a system of proactive sales and service delivery, developing
strategic account plans, establishing and monitoring sales goals,
and developing close administrative relationships with key accounts.
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate in this position will have
5+ years experience in training, managing and further developing an
entry level and tenured sales force in a developed region along with
a minimum of 5+ years of strong outside sales experience preferably
in the medical product distribution area, demonstrating the ability
to penetrate established accounts, to build market volume and improve
profitability along with experience in managing and further developing
a sales force in a developed market area. Ability to travel 2-3 nights
per year overnight.
