Oversee the LAN, WAN activities of the unit.
- Coordinate the Networking activities
- Configuring switches
- Router configurations & security for the unit

Execute the Internet/WIFI activities & internet security of the Unit
- For the in house utilization
- For the customer utilization
- Monitor usage (find / acquire software ) & pass on charges info to Front office
- Coordinate with internet ISP uptime & usage
- Log of usage to be forwarded to back office

Assist Manager IT & supervise FMS support engineers
- Monitor FMS outsource activity
- Ensure 24 X 7 IT service at Hotel site.
- Monitor & Prepare SLA for vendors
Functional Knowledge
- Knowledge of Hotel PMS system will be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
Job responsibilities
Manage the IT activities of the unit.
- Monitor FMS for PC’s, printers, servers, switches etc. Win XP, ISA, Practical knowledge of maintenance required
- Maintain a track of Purchases of Hardware of the Unit, Licensing of software
- Maintain & ensure supply of consumables.
- Server administration, database administration, SQL, W2003/2008
- Helpdesk
- Hardware , software troubleshooting
- Database Backups
- Disaster recovery
