Position
Overview
SCOPE: Develop and execute on line marketing strategies geared
toward improving Concord’s online presence, maximizing revenue
and generating new business to our communities. Improve community profiles
by developing, updating and maintaining all of the Internet Listing
Services and websites.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS:
1. Ensure the accuracy of all online advertisements company wide as
Rent & Policy changes are made. Maintain the on line database
of all internet advertising by community, advertising type, date of
update, etc.
2. Write and maintain operating procedures specific for the internet
to include the internet marketing site on the CC:Net. Respond and
make necessary changes to policies and ever changing market conditions
and stay abreast of company related policies.
3. Develop and execute online sales promotion strategies to increase
web site traffic, through internet advertisers, social networks, blogs,
video, email blasts and podcasts.
4. Solicit new products and work with vendors to create new product
strategies and unique offerings. Seek new solutions by researching,
networking with industry vendors and stay up to date on internet marketing
trends and solutions. Offer up recommendations to improve the company’s
online presence.
5. Work closely with sales/marketing and technology team to further
develop and improve the visibility of the company’s’ websites
in the search engines.
6. Help organize, coordinate and implement internet marketing projects
as directed by the Vice President of Sales & Solutions.
TOOLS
AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Computer and usual peripheral, specialty in common software, common
office equipment and communication equipment.
KNOWLEDGE:
Thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field, such as business
administration, real estate, tax credit leasing requirements, internet
marketing, and property management. Major fields of study required
or preferred are: Sales, Marketing, Business Management, and Property
Management.
SKILLS
OR PROFICIENCIES:
Intermediate skills required to develop spreadsheets, design
reports and information sheets. Experience using Microsoft Office,
Yardi, and Internet such as podcasts, writing content, blogs and wikis.
