* Bachelor's
Degree in business, health care, computer science or related field.
Master's Degree preferred.
* Minimum of five years experience in information management and/or
health care related knowledge or experience.
* Experience and proven effectiveness in collaboration and working
with individuals and teams with diverse backgrounds.
* Knowledge of project management methodology gained from utilization
of it in the implementation of information technology and business
strategies.
Other:
* Understanding of the key issues impacting the provision
of health care today and the role of managed care in an integrated
delivery system.
* Ability to establish and meet goals, assign and direct the work
of others, and manage multiple projects/ requests simultaneously with
minimal direction.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical
and organizational skills.
* Ability to make effective presentations to senior and middle management
including physicians, vendors, and consultants.
* Ability to report in a matrix structure.
* Able to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines,
high volumes and multiple interruptions.
* Broad based knowledge of physician practice operations, experience
managing simultaneous large projects with multiple deliverables, vendor
experience implementing electronic support systems in a physician
office setting
Preferred: Epic Ambulatory Practice Management and
EMR, PMP certification, experience using CA Clarity
