Reporting to the
Internet Marketing Manager, the Internet Content Administrator will
be responsible for administering and maintaining all content, including
product and editorial, for the internet sites managed by the Catalog/Internet
Business Units. Key
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure website
content, including images and copy for product and editorial, are
up-to-date and accurate.
Based on customer feedback and industry trends, recommend content
that will support the brand and provide customers with a clear and
concise path through the features and functions of the site.
Maintain brand style and strategy of content throughout the site.
Support copy and content needs for additional marketing vehicles,
including but not limited to e-mail and affiliate campaigns.
Assist Internet Marketing Manager and department head with strategy,
brainstorming, planning and recommendations for content initiatives.
Work with Creative and Internet Marketing Manager to implement creative
and content initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend changes to our internal publishing process
that will result in efficiency improvements.
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term content update schedules.
Provide technical assistance to the Customer Service Department as
it relates to content.
Key qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor's or
degree in specialized field
Ability and willingness to handle multiple projects in a fast paced
environment
Self-starter, good communication skills, detailed oriented with strong
project management and administrative skills
Proficiency in computer based applications including Adobe Creative
Suite, Macromedia Studio, HTML and Microsoft Office
