a Medical Transcription Operations Coordinator to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities
include:
Coordinate and
organize all activities within the Transcription Dept under the direction
of the Manager
Develop/implement policies/procedures
Communicate with physicians, patients, guests and team members
Conduct team meetings
Coordinate/prioritize process to ensure dept operates within allocated
funds
Lead the transcription team to assure timely/accurate reports in the
speech recognition platform

Qualifications
Requirements
include:
CMT certification
Five years experience in an acute care setting (hospital based) to
include one year of supervisory experience
Familiarity with AHDI guidelines
Able to edit/transcribe with an error rate of 2% or below
Computer literacy
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
