Candidates must absolutely be self-motivated, aggressive, tenacious and entrepreneurial by nature. Responsibilities include: negotiations, prospecting, market research, deal making, and transaction management. Six figure incomes are very common in an agent's second to third year and senior agents acheive high six and low seven figure annual incomes. All salary is straight commission.
