Summary:
Slide is seeking an Online Ad Sales Planner. This position is full
time and is based in our main office in New York, NYC. There are minimal
travel requirements for this position after the initial training period
at HQ office.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the execution, completion and fulfillment of all requests
for proposals (RFPs) in a timely manner
* Assist the sales team as needed with proposals, collection of creative
assets from clients, and account management
* Responsible for booking all insertion orders and working with the
Ad Operations team to schedule creative and execute revisions
* Ensure that our premiere clients receive the highest level of operational
customer service
* Work with Account Management and maintain media kits and media spec
documentation
* Assist Sales team with lead generation to discover new potential
clients
* Help maintain SalesForce database for Sales team
* Assist in the collection of creative from client, verify specifications,
and follow the defined creative/traffic process
* Monitor campaigns to ensure full/even campaign delivery against
goal and optimize to maximize revenue
* Create internal Insertion Orders and adhere to defined business
processes
* Provide clients/sales with any necessary campaign reporting
* Provide sales with administrative/account related support.
Requirements:
* Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable
in engaging communication on any level
* Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to prioritize and deliver timely work
* Excellent project management, client relationship, and time management
skills
