SUPPORT NEEDED FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY!!!
Looking
for Technical Support Representatives to work for a Major Telecommunications
Company Located in the Bronx. This is an excellent opportunity for
individuals looking to jump start their career into the Information
Technology field.
The starting pay
is $13.75 and will increase once candidate has been offered the job
permanently! Candidates will be made permanent within 3-6 months (depending
on performance and attendance) This is a full-time, temp-perm position.
Following Shift
is Available: 3:00pm-12:00am (Friday and Saturday OFF)
Qualifications:
• Must have
extensive knowledge in computer software and hardware.
• Must have at least 6 months experience handling technical
support issues via phone. Some Customer service experience or call
center experience is stronlgy prefered!
• Must be able to type 50 wpm or more.
• Individuals have Certifications (obtained or pending) and
degrees in a computer related field are preferred. Recent Grads are
welcome.
