Job Description
o Enrollment, Registration and Conduction of online tests at center
as per procedures prescribed
o Ensure test center guidelines are maintained and no malpractices happens
o Managing staff employed and their KRAs at the test center
o Maintaining accounts and petty cash as prescribed
o Ensure that batch timings are strictly adhered to as prescribed.
o Ensure Housekeeping of center and center entrance area
o Liaising with local government bodies for getting required legal certificates/compliances
o Ensure safety and upkeep of all equipments within test center
o Liaising with vendors/ service providers for maintaining uptime of
the equipment, electricity, telephones etc
o Ensure sufficient inventory of required consumables as per prescribed
levels for smooth operation of center
o Establishing and maintaining customer relations in order to achieve
targets, customer satisfaction etc
o Ensure customer satisfaction at high level
o Ensure various reports are prepared and sent to HO
o Do timely escalations to HO about critical matters Desired
Candidate Profile
o Graduate
o Good communication skills
o Good team management skills
o Good vendor management skill
o Hands on experience in software packages
o Good customer management skill
o 4 to 6 years experience in managing IT training centers
o With positive attitude
o Non -insurance sector background
