Property Management Company is currently seeking a friendly detail-oriented,
multi-tasking person for data entry and front desk coverage. This is
an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual
who is looking for part time evening and weekend work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for entering all data into
our new property management software system, answering phones, greeting
and assisting residents with facility rentals, coordinating new resident
registration, issuing work orders to vendors for maintenance repairs,
following up with residents and vendors to make certain repairs have
been made, issuing id cards and parking permits and various other office
work.
As our Representative you must present yourself in a professional, friendly,
and competent manner. The candidate must have experience with direct
customer contact as well as the following requirements and skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent typing skills, 55 wpm or better
• 10 key
• Friendly
• Ability to multi-task
• PC literate
• Proficient with Microsoft
