Responsible for preparing the business plan & working model, conducting
feasibility study, pre launch market study, formulating strategies &
business plan process. Identifying & conceptualizing business plan
& prospects related to Hospitality sector.Provide inputs & carry
out studies pertaining to scope & feasibility of projects. Involved
in different projects handling BPR,Performance Improvement of various
functions and business processes in hospitality. Business development,
client management , handling end to end assignments .

Candidate Profile
A Hotel Management graduate from a reputed institute or MBA will be
an added advantage with an experience of minimum 5 years in Hospitality
with focus on planning, strategy & research in business process
& new set ups. should have exposure in a similar role in hospitality
business or consulting organisation. should have hands on experience
in handling projects.
Candidate need to be high achiever with strategic
focus to meet business goals & devise appropriate marketing strategies
to steer the company growth. should possess excellent interpersonal
skills with leadership qualities, strategic thinking, analytical approach
& team building skills with ability in establishing leadership
systems, procedures, strategies & managing resources.
