investors and assist them in the acquisition and disposition of office
buildings, retail centers, apartment buildings, industrial properties,
self-storage facilities, hotels, senior housing properties, land,
and manufactured housing properties. We work with investors who, in
many cases, need to transact regardless of the market, and who are
motivated to do transactions for a number of reasons which exist in
any economy. And we work with more investors than any other firm—twice
as many as our nearest competitor in 2008.
