VP/Wealth Management Administration & Compliance Officer to join
our team. Summary:
Oversees adherence of the Wealth Management Group’s policies
and procedures to federal and state laws and regulations. Directs
activities for Private Client Administration and Wealth Management
Compliance groups by performing the following duties:
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.
•Responsible for the overall direction of assigned
wealth management compliance and private client administration staff
and activities. Plans, assigns and directs work activities; addresses
complaints and resolves problems.
•Examines Wealth Management policies, procedures, and practices
to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in preparation for
exams. Makes recommendations for corrective action when necessary.
•Monitors and reviews audit plan. Reports findings to the Wealth
Management Advisory Board and Audit Committees. Responsible for ensuring
findings are appropriately resolved.
•Serves as primary contact for regulatory and audit personnel.
•Oversees the revision, preparation, and dissemination of new
and updated policy and procedure manuals for the Wealth Management
Division.
•Serves as primary contact for employee benefit compliance issues
including plan document review, review of qualified domestic relations
orders (QDRO’s) and ESOP issues.
•Serves as the liaison between the President of Wealth Management
and administration teams.
•Develops, implements, and monitors work flow and job tracking
program between administration and operations.
•Meets with high level (A+, A, and B) customers as necessary
at request of client or administrative officer.
•Assists administrative officers in developing their book of
business and finding additional assets among existing clients.
•Serves as common trust fund administrator.
•Ensures timely tax reporting for corporate trust and annual
reporting to the SEC.
•Reviews and monitors all administrative process to ensure compliance
with agreements.
•Represents Wealth Management through committee membership for
initiatives such as information security and disaster recovery.
•Chairs Private Client and Employee Benefit meeting. Participates
in WMAIC, Real Estate, and Audit & Compliance Meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required.
A JD or CPA designation preferred. Five to seven years trust administration
and/or trust compliance experience desired. CSOP and CFIRS certifications
or equivalent experience and knowledge of trust processing systems
required.
